Privacy policy

This explains what Golden Serve stores about you and why.

What we store

• Your account: email, name, and how you sign in (password, Google or Apple).
• Your onboarding answers and your height, to tailor and scale the analysis.
• How far you got through onboarding, with your IP address, approximate location (country and city, from the IP), device, browser, language and time zone, and the link or campaign that brought you. We use it to see where people stop and to improve the steps, also before you create an account.
• The serve videos you upload, and the analysis of each.
• Feedback you send us.
• Your subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, for payments, tax and receipts.
• Our hosting, storage and processing providers, only to run the service.

We don't sell your data.

Videos are private

Your videos are stored privately and are only shown to you, through short-lived links. A small team may review clips to check and improve the analysis.

When you delete your account

Your account, sign-in methods, onboarding answers and progress, height, clips and analyses are deleted, and your subscription is cancelled straight away. Stripe keeps its own invoice records, as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by contacting support.
