Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Golden Serve, a service that analyses videos of your volleyball serve. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use Golden Serve. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Subscription

• Golden Serve is a paid subscription, billed weekly, monthly or yearly. There is no free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Each plan includes up to 30 analyses in any rolling 30 days.
• If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for 3 days while the payment is retried. After that, access stops until the payment goes through or you renew.
• While your subscription is not active, the app and your past analyses are locked. Your data is kept, and comes back when you renew.
• Prices can change. A new price applies only after we tell you, and from your next renewal.

Your videos

You must have the right to upload the videos you send, including the consent of anyone who appears in them. Analysis results are estimates from video and are not medical, safety or professional advice.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, no uploading content that isn't a serve video, and no reselling access. We can suspend accounts that do.
