Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account, then Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your analyses stay in your account and come back if you subscribe again.

Switching plans

You can switch between weekly, monthly and annual from Manage billing. Stripe adjusts the charge for the time left on your current plan.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice or couldn't use the service, contact supportand we'll sort it out.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

When you subscribe you ask us to start the service straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately, without a refund for the rest of the period.
